The Role: Sales Advisor – 100% Remote

As a Sales Advisor, you will contact potential customers, present the company's services and close sales — entirely from your own remote setup. Because everything happens online, autonomy, discipline and a stable internet connection are essential.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from your home workspace.
• Present LM Marketing's products and services in a convincing way.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Handle objections and close sales.
• Reach and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Ensure professional customer follow-up and keep the CRM up to date.

Profile Sought

• Residence in Casablanca is mandatory.
• Excellent command of English (mandatory).
• French is an asset but not required.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Motivation to reach targets and perform.
• Competitive mindset, autonomy and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or a call centre is a plus — not a requirement.
